Our Team
Holly has thirty-five years of experience with the Federal government, with both the USDA Forest Service and NOAA. She has experience in program and project management, project planning, contract development and contract administration in Facilities, Roads, Bridges and Fish passage.
Qualifications Include:
-Licensed PE in the state of Oregon
-BSCE from Portland State University
